I understand I will be volunteering at my own risk and that the organisation and affiliates cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any volunteer work I perform for WWAC. I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis, and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment. I understand that misrepresentations or omissions may cause for my immediate rejection as an applicant for a volunteer position or my termination as a volunteer. I agree that WWAC has permission to use any photographs I may be in on Social Media. If you wish to opt out on this part, please state. I agree that WWAC can keep this document on file with my information whilst I agree to be a volunteer.
